Welcome to Iron Workers Local 263. Iron Workers Local Union No. 263 was chartered on November 20, 1918 in Fort Worth, Texas. The majority of our work is the erection of structural steel along with precast concrete erection but also includes architectural and miscellaneous steel. Recent years has seen an increase of specialty work such as the erection of wind turbines in West Texas along with Industrial Maintenance Projects. We hope you enjoy our site! Welcome local 29 Members, Families and Friends. Ironworkers Local 29, established in 1901 is a chapter of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental, and Reinforcing Ironworkers. We provide extensive training through our apprenticeship program. Our members are well trained and qualified to perform all aspects of the ironworking trade. Our signatory contractors perform high quality work, completing projects on time and within budget.
